Nothing shows up when opening Soundjack

    Hi there!

    I just downloaded Soundjack for OSX (the newer version) and had no problem installing and opening it. But when I open it, nothing happens. The application icon looks like the software is open, but it doesn’t create a window or interface or anything. Any idea why that could be and how it could be fixed?

    The Soundjack app is the connector between your computer and the Stage area on the Soundjack site. Your next step is to log in, make sure the app is running and then enter the Stage. Lots more detail here…

    I am having the same problem. Nothing shows up when opening Soundjack. I can see all my profile, etc, but nothing is showing on the stage. I am using a new FMB that I built and entering through the soundjack0.local site. My MBP can get to the stage just fine through the regular soundjack.eu URL. I have read the tech information.

    I’m meeting with Christian on Sunday, but I didn’t know if anyone found the solution to this problem.
